The PX25L Food Penetration Probe (Thermistor/Blue) is a thermistor sensor probe designed for food applications. It has a 0.7m straight lead and blue end cap. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross contamination.
